Karen is Principal at Huckaby Briscoe Conroy Realty Group. Karen is originally from Columbia, Missouri , where she graduated from Stephens College with a BA in Business Administration and Mathematics. She began her real estate career 30 years ago developing residential lots for the Trammell Crow Co. in Dallas, Texas. Soon after, Karen married Andy Briscoe and completed a Masters degree from Southern Methodist University. Andy's career with public policy relocated the family to McLean in 1994 and is currently the Sugar Association President/CEO.

After relocating to the Washington metro area, Karen worked in commercial real estate with The Staubach Company before becoming a residential real estate agent with the Sue Huckaby team. Karen is an Associate Broker in Virginia, where she represents sellers and buyers primarily in the McLean, Great Falls, Falls Church, Arlington, Vienna, Oakton and Alexandria areas.  Further she is a member of the Institute of Luxury Home Marketing and has earned the distinction of Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) and the Million Dollar Guild designations.

The Briscoe family is very active in the local community. They are members Trinity United Methodist in McLean where they became friends with Sue and Jerry Huckaby. Karen is on the Board of Lift Me Up!, a therapeutic riding program in Great Falls, Virginia, dedicated to helping children and adults with physical, mental and/or emotional disabilities improve both their physical and mental well being. Andy is active in Boy Scouts as their son, Drew, is an Eagle Scout. Drew graduated from Southern Methodist University in Dallas in May, 2010 with a degree in Business – Real Estate Finance and works for Hopkins Commercial in Dallas. Callie graduated from McLean High School in June, 2010 and is attending Dickinson College in Pennsylvania.
