Bought a home in 2012.
Hugh helped us find the right house based on our situation, wants/needs, price point, and, in the process, was responsive and respectful even though we were negotiating from out-of-state (CA) and were pretty firm on getting a bargain. He cleared his schedule for two full days to show us the houses we found online and always had our best interest in mind. Being in the real estate business myself, I can attest to his professionalism and knowledge of the local market. I would wholeheartedly recommend him to family and friends, and look forward to working with him again.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $100K in Newark, OH.
Hugh Price did an excellent job of helping us purchase a home! I was very impressed with his knowledge of all the different communities in and around the Newark area. Since we weren't from the area, this was extremely helpful. He was always courteous and highly professional. Even though we were only looking for a "starter home," Hugh still treated us as valued and important customers. He walked us through the entire process from start to finish and made sure nothing was over-looked. I would highly recommend Hugh Price to anyone considering buying or selling a home. I don't think you could find a more honest and knowledgeable Realtor.

Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $200K in Granville, OH.
I sold and bought with Hugh in 2011. I sold a house in Granville and bought one in Park Trails. I was extremely satisfied with the services Hugh provided. He was professional, pleasant, and always engaged. He went above and beyond in ways large and small. I really prized the high level of communication and personal service he offered. I will definitely recommend him to friends!

Hugh was the most attentive real estate agent you could ever imagine. He took time on the front end to recommend ways for the house to show in the best possible way. Throughout the time we were on the market, my house was frequently featured in advertising, both print and online. Our brochure was beautifully produced.
Whenever we had a showing, Hugh was proactive about getting feedback as quickly as possible. Finally, when we had an offer, Hugh was fair but strong, and landed us a very competitive price in a challenging market.
I would highly recommend Hugh!

Sold a home in 2011.
Hugh has been an absolutely incredible agent to work with. He had our house listed and sold within one month, and made the process as easy as possible. Their office is on the ball, and he is always ready and able to answer questions, and has great communication skills. As a seller, or a buyer, I would highly recommend Hugh Price and his team...they go above and beyond!
