I have been a long-time renter and I can't say enough good things about Michael Rosenblum. During the six years I have been a tenant, Michael and his company have always been responsive and helpful. Very knowledgeable about the entire Huntsville area.

Talked with him about managing my house in Harvest/Monrovia area as a rental. The first appointment I made with him, he called me the morning of meeting and cancelled, saying he had a "maintenance emergency" at another house he manages. Ok- seemed legit. So I rescheduled with him. Again, on the morning of the rescheduled appointment, he TEXTED me saying he had a "stomach virus" and just hated to do this again, but would need to reschedule again. This was over 3 weeks after my first contact with him. I don't think he understands that my time is money too. I wasted over three weeks dealing with him and was brushed off quite unprofessionally.
We recently relocated to Huntsville from another state, and couldn't speak more highly about Michael's service. We sent him several homes to view ahead of time, and he made preparations to not only show us those particular homes, but had also come up with a few that he thought we may also like. And as it turned out, one of the homes he had selected was one that had not come up in our searches, and was exactly what we were looking for. We made an offer which was accepted, and Michael helped arrange everything after that with the inspections and coordinating the close. The layout of our new home is perfect for us, and we would have never known about it if it wasn't for Michael. Thanks again for all you have done for us!
Michael is very knowledgeable about real estate, home builders and the whole process of buying or selling a home. He is a pleasure to work with and gave me many words of wisdom during the home buying process and promptly answered all of my questions. He is a great communicator and listens to the buyer’s preferences and then finds the best match for the individual. I am extremely happy with my new home and accredit Michael for his guidance and expertise as a real estate professional in helping me find the right home.
My husband and I found Michael through the Zillow app for iPad. He had several positive reviews from people so we contacted him about some listings we were interested in. He made an appointment with us to see them at a time that was convenient for us. He was prompt and knowledgeable about both the houses we were viewing that day. He asked us what we were looking for in our home and on our second meeting showed us a new home from a builder that was exactly what we were looking for! We were very impressed that he picked up on our style and taste so quickly. The house he showed us on our second meeting ended up being the floor plan that we built on another lot in our desired neighborhood. We still looked at some other homes by the same builder just to be sure and Michael was always very prepared with information whenever we looked at a house. After we decided to build, Michael helped us every step of the way. He was a very good liaison between us and the builder and kept us informed and on track whenever we needed to get things done. Michael was always very responsive to any questions we had and worked very hard to get us answers. It was such a pleasure to work with Michael after meeting a few other realtors who were not up to his level. Michael made the home building/buying process so easy! My husband and I never dreamed we would be able to build our first house but Michael helped us make that dream a reality. We have already recommended him to all of our friends who have mentioned that they are looking for a home and will continue to do so as long as he is around!
Michael was referred to us by another friend who had worked with him to purchase her first home, and we're glad that she recommended Michael. Being a first time home buyer, I wouldn't say that we were clueless, but there were a lot of things that we hadn't thought of. And Michael really did a good job with simplifying the complicated parts to a home purchase. He really made the process enjoyable and made himself available to fit with our crazy works schedules. I don't think we could have asked for a better agent to work with, and we'll be referring our friends to him also.

I recently worked with Michael during my transition here from another state. I have bought and sold before, but have never quite been in as much culture shock to see what house prices were here compared to where I was use to living. Michael took the time to educate me on the market here in Huntsville and walk me through some of the market trends in areas I was looking at making my purchase. I really appreciate the time he took with me and his patience during the whole process. I will definitely be referring him to my friends and co-workers.

Michael sold a home across the street from me and my wife about one year ago, and we held onto his information because we knew we would need to work with an agent since we were to be relocated soon. We sat down with Michael and he gave us very practical insight on where the market was and things we needed to change with our home in order to get it on the market. Once it hit the market, he had us under contract in only 12 days! We could not have been more pleased with his knowledge and the way he conducted our sale. We would gladly recommend him to anyone needing a real estate agent.
Michael recently sold my home, and I was super impressed with him. He was very upfront about the market conditions, and answered my questions directly. I was shocked when he presented me with an offer in only 19 days! I thought it would take much longer. I could not ask for a more honest and professional agent to work with through what could have been a very stressful time in my life. I will not only use Michael again when it comes time to buy or sell, but will be singing his praises to anyone who needs a real estate agent.

Horrible experience. Do not deal with him if you are looking for a relationship to make your relocation process smooth or to feel welcomed to Huntsville. Will say, "oh, I was about to call you...." as you will have to chase answers.
Started out he ran late for appointment, and he answered incoming calls during showing. Requested application fees and pocketed cash without writing a receipt and avoided giving truthful information when I expressed openly that co-applicant had previous poor credit prior to applying. Michael implied it wouldn't effect process stating that if they weren't lenient they would never be able to rent a home. He took the non refundable $60 cash and said that for a co-applicant it was other things the process looked for. As the main applicant, i explained i would be accepting all financial responsibility as i am the financial provider for my family, and more than can provide. With a credit score mid 700s and no revolving debt, a homeowner for 5 yrs, I would "think" that would be a no brainer.
In the end, he declined my application without calling my personal references or verifing income. In fact, he didn't even have the courtesy to call me!! My husband, the co applicant, had to call him after 5 days of having our information. And he had to break the news to me in a hotel room.
I am a professioanl and homeowner with 15 yrs with my current employer (being with the same company since 1996) with excellent credit, ZERO credit card bills, who is simply looking for temporary housing for 1-2 yrs in Huntsville for myself, 2 children, a disabled 60 yr old dependent, and my husband. I was capable of paying $3250 cash up front to move in, and Michael didn't even have the courtesy to call me to discuss declining my applicantion based on credit history from my husbands past, prior to my even knowing my husband, 4 years ago. I have never felt so offended in my entire life. Mind you, I can qualify for, place a cash down payment, and purchase a second home, but apparently can't rent a home in Huntsville...... does that make any sense?!?!?!
What's even sadder is he did not only loose out with assisting with my location, but for a team of managers who are also relocating to Huntsville following me.
Epic fail. You should of had the courtesy to call Michael.
