Bought a Condo home in 2011 in Logan Circle, Washington, DC.Summary:
I purchased a 650k condo in downtown DC with Carlos and I am extremely pleased with the service he provided. He explained me clearly how the buying process works and was very responsive in answering my questions about several properties I was considering. Bought a Single Family home in 2011 in Germantown, MD.Summary:
We were referred to Wade Sturdivant at I-Agent through a friend who also used him for a recent home purchase (foreclosure). They said Wade was very patient and helpful throughout their first home buying process. We could not agree more with their sentiments. Although we had purchased homes before with other agents, we found the I-Agent rebate very attractive and the rave reviews from our friend was something we could not dismiss.
Wade showed us many conventional sale homes at our request and was very quick to direct our attention and explain to us things we missed while viewing these properties.
In the end, we decided to make an offer on a short-sale home. Knowing that Wade is a certified distressed property agent made it re-assuring he is able to handle anything thrown at him; especially in dealing with a slow and un-responsive agent representing the sellers.
Wade showed an excellent understanding of the short-sale process. He was responsive and provided a wealth of information to our emails/calls and he was very patient with our impatience of the short-sale process. He also guided us through the hectic activity as the settlement date loomed closer and brokered many last minute changes/requests from the lenders, settlement companies and the seller's agent.
After a long 6-month process, we finally closed on our home and Wade was with us every step of the way; even starving through lunch to sit with us on the day of the settlement.
We couldn't be happier with the service Wade provided to us throughout the short-sale process and would happily recommend him to any one looking for a competent real estate agent.…More Less
