I guess I don't really know what to expect from a brokerage like Zip Realty. I really don't have a problem searching out the properties online. I will ask my realtor to continue calling the listing agents. Do you think it's too much to ask for her to preview places as well?I have been out looking at every single property that I want to see.
I just placed a call to a zip realty director. My goal is to find out what I can expect from a Zip Realty Realtor. I definitely want someone who will call on my behalf and pre-screen properties. If my realtor can not do those things, I will just move on to someone who will. Thank you to everyone who has replied. I'm a first time buyer and wasn't sure what to expect and don't want to just fire my realtor without finding out what to expect and relay those conditions to her.
SoCal: Your countertop sounds so cool? Do you happen to have a pic? Zandane: marble is great for baking surfaces but not as a complete countertop because of sealing issues Quartz is a more up to date material like Ntets said. I like Soapstone and concrete also. Granite just makes me gag when I see it too. Especially if it's done in that flipper way of dark cabinetry and stainless appliances.
Hi, I think I've decided to fire my realtor. I'm a buyer and not only does my agent not want to call listings, she's not getting back to me in a timely manner. How do I do this? I don't think I signed a contract and I have two pending offers on the table.
I don't mind keeping her for the offers that I already have, but they are on short sales and they might not go through. For any future properties I would like to use a different realtor. Also, my realtor at the time told me to put in several offers to see if I was able to get one approved. I hope that helps to clarify.
Does that mean another realtor may not want to represent me knowing that I have these offers pending? If that's the case, maybe I should represent myself for any furture offers? That sounds a little scary, but I'll do it if it's in my best interest.
Should my realtor call first on Short Sales?
