Yes, you heard me right and it is great news! While it is quite unfortunate the state of affairs of most of the country?s major real estate markets, Charlotte, NC is booming. We are not flying through the statistics with the speed of a super hero, but we are definitely up. For many years, Charlotte and the surrounding townships have had slow steady growth and that trend is projected to continue for years to come. It is a wonderful time to buy real estate in the Charlotte area and it is not a bad time to sell either. Inventory is typically selling for, on average, $4,500 below asking price, so in the grand scheme of things that is not bad at all.
Thinking of buying in Charlotte, NC or Alpharetta, GA
You should also investigate Union County; it is only about a 30-45 minute drive from Charlotte in rush hour and has the top rated school system in NC. Also, Union County allows for the quiet life and large lots, but still convenient to the metro areas.
