Chryssa is the second oldest in an Irish-Catholic family of nine growing up on the largest potato farm in upstate New York. She graduated from the Fashion Institute in Atlanta, Georgia, and spent the next seventeen years traveling to the biggest cities in the world as a fashion merchandiser. She moved to Los Angeles in 1976.
She decided to pursue a career in real estate after her sons Loren and Devon were born. Chryssa wanted to have a vital role in their lives and real estate offered her a challenging and rewarding career. Her office, a one-minute drive from Topanga Elementary school, enabled her to keep her promise to her family to be involved in her childrens lives, while utilizing her commitment to home ownership and her successful negotiating skills.
Chryssa has been licensed since 1991 specializing in Topangas market. She has consistently received the Outstanding Salesperson Award since 1996, and she continues to outsell individual agents in the area. Her commitment is to serve you through the best exposure, cutting edge marketing and advanced Internet strategies. She is currently the co-manager of Pritchett-Rapf and Associates, the busiest Topanga real estate office in the canyon.
She is married to local firefighter Curtis Caddell, and together they have remodeled three homes and are currently building two others. This gives Chryssa firsthand experience working with LA County Building and Safety and other agencies involved in obtaining permits. If she does not have the answers she knows who will.
Chryssa's passion is community building'. She has joined Topanga organizations, volunteered at Topanga events and supported Topanga causes. Her sons have gone through Topanga schools, played on theCommunity ball field and acted in local plays. Chryssa is intimately involved in the activities that make Topanga a wonderful and responsible place to live, from hiking trails, riding horses, rescuing dogs, clearing brush, monitoring flood waters to cleaning streets with the community.
