Bought a home in 2011.Summary:
My wife and I really enjoyed working with Bill while looking for a lake home in the Jackson area. We spent several months shopping and looked at nearly 30 different homes, some were not in the area and Bill was always there to help. From the get go I felt very comfortible working with Bill and he had the our best interest in mind. After our 1st meeting, I followed up the next day with an email to Bill (see below). After our buying experince was complete I feel no different than the 1st day I met him.

We moved to the Ann Arbor area from central IL about 9 years ago and we were very disappointed in our home buying experience due to the Realtor we used. He was the 3rd one we worked with and settled. Working with you on the phone, through emails, and then in person made me feel very happy we called you. I read through your packet this morning you gave us last night and we will have the “Exclusive Buyer Agency Contract” filled out and signed for you when we meet on Saturday. I have to tell you, I did not know this was in the packet until this morning. This told me a couple of things about you based on 1st impressions. - You are true to your vision “build an enduring relationship and a life-long client” by not pushing us into a relationship. - By investing your time and energy on us without a commitment sells your desire to please your clients.
