Property was sold on April 2009. It was then posted for sale on July 2009. Previous agent was not able to update the status of the property thus, it was still showing as for sale prior to it really being put back again on the market in July.

Hi scripps2 - It seems that we don't have the public records necessary to identify the house but do have a current image for the region. This is why you do not see any Zestimate value or home information about it.I'm not too certain why it's only your home on the street that we do not have information about. You may add your property on the website by either posting it for sale or setting a Make Me Move price for your home.

Hi mausich - Which sale transaction are you referring to? Are you referring to the 2005 sale transaction on you claimed home?

Hi klwang1 - You can easily edit your home's location. All you have to do is go to your home's home details page. Under Tools, click "Edit home location". You will then be given the option to edit the location.

Hi mismamac -If you have already claimed the property on the website, you should be able to change the status of the property. You would need to logon to the account that you used to claim the property on the website.  Then go to the home details page of the property. You would be able to see an "Edit Status" button which will allow you to change the status.Can you provide us the address of the property so that we may be able to determine how the listing agent posted the property on the website? The account that you used to post this question doesn't show any claimed homes.

Hi Wendy - Are you referring to the claimed home on your account?If this is the property, it was initially posted for sale by your listing agent's feed with Point2. I understand that you were already able to remove the posting. However, your listing agent also has to update her feed with Point2 to avoid having the property posted again for sale.If this is not the listing that you are referring to, please provide the address s that we can look into it further.
