Click "Create Your Listing" to save the changesRegarding your home's Zestimate value changing from $165k to $166k, there can be several factors that may have affected it. If you have made edits to your home facts, these changes may have been included when we update our Zestimates. Also, recent sales that we have received from your counties may affect the change in your home's Zestimate value.

Hi nbarrington real est - I was able to confirm with Lake County that the correct sale price was for $1,255,00 on 11/28/2008.I have already submitted a request to have this removed. Please be advised that it may take a couple of weeks for this to be resolved.Thanks for reporting this.

Hi 2xCancerSurvivor -I was able to see that there are 2 property records for your home. The property record that had initially shown $95,500 was for a listing posted for sale by Threewide (Listhub), which was your listing agent's feed provider. As the owner, you were already able to correct the listing price to $96,000.I would advise that you also have your listing agent correct the information with their feed provider to make sure that his listing price is correct.

Hi Necessary - I'll look into this further.I do see that the street view is showing Brookhaven Ave instead of Military Ave.
