How do I get information changed on zillow? My school and tax data are incorrect! Help

Hi Fred - For school information, if you're the homeowner or the listing agent you can click "edit status" if the home is currently listed for sale and "edit home facts" if the home is not on the market.For the tax data, unfortunately there's no immediate fix on this. Can you provide us the property address so that we can check on this further?

Hi hserus - I checked with the Alameda County and they do have a transaction noted on the said date.  This is the reason why we have that transaction for your property.Kindly verify with them what this transaction is for. Please also note that this transaction is not included with the calculation of your home's Zestimate.

Tavia - The property was posted for sale through your listing feed with RE/MAX of Reading. Mike is correct that you would need to update your feed so that when we receive it, we will then update the status of the posting.I have already removed the posting 435 Eaglesview Lane. Kindly coordinate on your end to make sure that the status is updated to avoid it being posted again for sale on the website.mpb31 - Unfortunately, there's no option for you to remove the property on the website since all our primary property data is a matter of public record. You may also refer to our FAQ about this.

How do houses next to each other have different changes in zestimate?

Hi David -Zestimates may vary from one home to another due to differences in home facts, assessed values, sales history, etc. The amount of information that we receive specific to that home would also be a factor. You may also refer to sticky that regarding this: http://www.zillow.com/advice-thread/STICKY-My-home-is-valued-differently-than-my-neighbors-Why/13512/.The Zestimate may take that into consideration if these are provided with the public facts. Of course, there are some upgrades or renovations done that we may not be aware of. The My Estimator may consider these home improvements. Changes to your home's core facts (ex. number of bedrooms, number of bathrooms, and the size of the home in sq.ft) can impact your home's Zestimate value. Changes made to any one of these values could have an impact on your Zestimate value if our algorithm determines that the change should measurably impact the estimate.
