Hi earldoe - It seems that we do not have any information for the zip code 84005. The system tries to search for the next nearest info based on what you have given, which is then 48005.There might be an issue regarding the zip code though. I was able to pull up property records with that zip code on the website.

Hi bulpin - There is a public record for that transaction on the Flagler County Recorder's website. There was a Quit Claim deed documented for $140,000. This is why we have that transaction for 359 Palm Cir.Please note that this transaction is not included on the Zestimate calculation.

NI4NI2 - It may be possible that the location of the property is incorrect. Since you have already claimed the property, you can edit the location. Go to the home details page of the property and then on the left side under Tools, click "Edit home location". You may also read more about homes' positioning on maps. The location of the property doesn't have any direct effect on the Zestimate value.
