dawnmandtomh -We're sorry if the Sale History is not updated. We get our info from data providers. They periodically refresh their records with new updates from the county, but I can't predict when the correct information for your home will be shown. At this time, we do not have the feature to adjust it. If we changed the underlying data today, it would simply get overwritten with the next data import. But it will be considered as we further develop our services.Ia S. - from Zillow
Hi Dogwood Lane -Email addresses usually are in this format: username@domain.com. I think what you should be providing is lildock@wavecable.com.Putting http://www would actually refer to the website and not the e-mail address.Hope this helps.Ia S. - from Zillow
Hi bellaillume - Marci is right. You can update your profile page by logging to your account and under "My Profile" there should be an "Edit" link that will allow you to update your contact information as well as provide additional information under the "About Me" section.Marci -Thanks for helping provide the answer.
Hi ptowner and buyingahome -You might want to try clearing your cookies and cache. For other users, they were able to access the site just by doing that.If you're still having problems you may check on these link for further tips:http://www.zillow.com/howto/faq/SystemIssuesFAQ.htm#nosearchhttp://www.zillow.com/wikipages/HELP---Site-Errors
Hi FHMullane and dabeaverhausen -If you posted your homes for sale on the website, you can remove the "For Sale" status by clicking the "update posting status" link right to the right of the for sale price.
Hi abcarb -You can actually post vacant land for sale. You would just have to claim it in order to post it. To learn more please click on this link http://www.zillow.com/postings/Postings.htm.
Hi dsellinger - We don't have the feature to come up with a Zestimate or a My Estimator for vacant lands at this time. The Zestimate is based on public facts that we receive from county records which is then applied to a proprietary formula. To learn more about Zestimates please refer to this link http://www.zillow.com/howto/Zestimate.htm.
Hi Hoggy -Thanks for pointing that out. This is an existing bug that we are already aware of. You may also refer to our post about this here in the Discussions. Here's the link - http://www.zillow.com/forum/site/ViewThread.htm?tid=1145
sixgramps1 -You can use the My Estimator to be able to compute for the estimate of your home with the upgrades done for your kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms. For the comparables, the list that we have provided are for homes with the most recent sales transaction. That is why 8212 NW 13th St and 8204 NW 13th St are not included in the list since they have older sales history (2003).Also, please keep in mind that the Zestimate will not change since it is based on public facts. However, we are strongly considering using owner edited facts as input into the algorithm in the future.
