Ron -When we have data about a view from the County, it is considered by the algorithm. Since great views are often unique, it's difficult to accurately account for views. Zestimates on homes with great views are therefore more accurate when we have good historical sales data. The Zestimate is based on public facts. So if the public facts are not updated, then the Zestimate will also be affected by it. It is just a starting point, and is not to be taken in as an actual appraisal.The My Estimator is a tool to be used to compute for the estimate if there are upgrades or modifications done for the home which we might not have taken into consideration with computation of the Zestimate.

Tracey - I've already removed the company info for your account. For future reference, you just click on "Edit" on your Contact Information section and then go to "Add Company Information" to remove/edit it.

azablow and Realtor21901 -Please try to post the home for sale again. Click on the Post For Sale tab (select if you're posting the home as the Owner or the Agent) and then provide the address. It should allow you to update your posting.Keri - Click on the link that says "Edit price" on the Overview page of the homes your posted for sale. It should then allow you to edit the for sale price.Hope this helps.

We are aware that there are some homes whose Zestimates may not be what they expect it to be. As noted on the website, it is just a starting point. It is not a replacement for an actual appraisal. The accuracy of a home value would still have to be based on an actual appraisal conducted for your home.There are some other things may also affect the Zestimate. Jim - Here are the answers to your questions:1. There would actually be 2 options for you to edit the for sale price of your home. 1st option is to get in touch with the listing agent who posted the home for sale, and then ask them to update the for sale price. 2nd option is if you want to be the one to update the price, you would have to remove the posting and then post the home for sale again. That should allow you to provide the updated price.2. Please try to edit your profile again. I've made some modifications. Just click "Edit" on your My Profile page. You should be able to have the option to edit your profession under Company Information. Hope this helps.
