Paula - I wasn't able to see any home associated with your account. Perhaps you have used a different account to claim/associate yourself with the home.Make sure that you're log on to the account that you used to claim/associate yourself with the property. Once logged in, on the Overview page of the home you should be able to see the link that says "Edit status" and then select the reason for removing the post.

sweetk - Go to the Home Info section for your home. An "Edit facts" link should be available. This should then allow you to update your home facts. Please take note that we don't overwrite the public facts with owner inputted facts, but do publish the owner facts right next to the public facts for everyone to see.

Hi cathy_1 - You can find the page view count for a home by going to the "Home Info" section of the property. It will then be found on the bottom of that page.

adsk -We're sorry for the late response.Thank you for updating the public facts. Checking further on your home, we are already reflecting the same information as the Maricopa County. If you'd like to update the official public facts, please get in touch with your county assessor's office. We have three sources of geo-points, which determine where a home shows up on the map. For the details about each of our sources and their accuracy, please take a look at this post on the Zillow Blog - http://www.zillowblog.com ... s/2006/12/If you post a Make Me Move (or For Sale price) on the home, you'll be given the option to edit the home's location on the map. In the future, we hope to enable anyone who has claimed a home to move their home, but the site doesn't have that capability yet.

Popoki - I was able to check with the Whatcom County Assessor's office with regards to the correct sale price of your home. I have verified that we've received inaccurate information from our data provider -- we will notify our data provider of this error. They do periodically refresh their records with new updates from each county, but I cannot predict when the correct information for your specific house will be shown on the site. We plan to be able to fix these types of data errors on a one by one basis later this year, but our system is not currently set up that way. If we changed the underlying data today, it would simply get overwritten with the next data import.

oswegan, Starborne2012, and jingo1513 -We received word that we'd imported some corrupt data onto the site and we had to roll Zestimates back to their last good update which was on July 18. Our development teams are aware of this and are working on the fix and we plan to have updated Zestimates back on the site by the end of next week. Thanks for the bringing this to our attention.

keskin_k - The Zestimate is just a starting point. If you will notice, the value that you're expecting is still within the Value Range provided for your home ($555,021-$661,302). The Zestimate value is not the final word on a house's value.With regard to the other home that you're referring too (7214 Pine Dr), we were able to get more recent data with that home so our algorithm has the benefit of that recent data. Your County's tax assessor has also assessed the value of your home to be significantly lower than that of 2714. This data is another input into the Zestimate algorithm that is throwing it off.There are some info that we might not be aware of that should also be taken into consideration. You may have done some upgrades to increase your home's value. We suggest that you make use of the My Estimator so that you can calculate a refined estimate of your home's value.

karnjer - I'm sorry to hear that we have not claimed ownership of the home for you. Can you tell us when you sent the fax and what fax number you sent it to?
