addicted2nfl - When we have data about a view from the County, it is considered by the algorithm. Since great views are often unique, it's difficult to accurately account for views. Zestimates on homes with great views are therefore more accurate when we have good historical sales data. The Zestimate is based on public facts. So if the public facts are not updated, then the Zestimate will also be affected by it. It is just a starting point, and is not to be taken in as a replacement for an actual appraisal. At this time, owner facts will not affect the Zestimate. We do plan on using them as an input into the Zestimate algorithm later this year.
Kingstan - This is a bug that we are already aware of and we are currently working on. Please refer to this thread for additional info about it: http://www.zillow.com/forum/site/ViewThread.htm?tid=1145
pbulk - The Zestimate is just a starting point. It may be possible that we have not received yet the most recent sales transaction for your home thus it's not reflected yet on the Zestimate. Please take note that there may also be other factors which can affect your home's Zestimate.
rockinblu - Marci's right, you would need to vote on the poll to be able to see the results of that poll.Thank you for your suggestions as well.pinksandbaby - The frequency of the poll you submit would also depend on how many other polls were submitted on the zipcode(s)/nationwide and the number of visitors. Also for the results, you should be the only one to see what your answer was for that poll.
Leejmcleod - Can you clarify what you mean by getting an answer to a question and have someone respond to it? Are you referring to posts on the discussions or Home Q&A?
s.under - I checked on your account and it seems that you have not posted a home for sale. It may be possible that you have multiple accounts. Can you provide me the address that you're trying to update the status so that I can check on it and provide you the instructions that you need?
