My situation is different than most, in that I have never met Margaret face-to-face, but nonetheless can recommend her heartily. I live in NJ, and never felt I had the need to come to Washington to manage the sale of a Connecticut Ave condo that had been in the family for 20 yrs, and had recently become vacant.
The unit needed a good deal of work before being put on the market. Margaret handled all this deftly, and for a reasonable fee, I thought. And once we had a prospective buyer, a sometimes ticklish situation in this buyer's market, she kept things moving along at a good pace, and negotiated the final details in a way that I thought was fair to both parties.
