Showed home in 2012 in Saratoga, CA.
I have been searching for an estate style home in Saratoga. Ian took me out and showed me a few properties, I plan on using him to purchase my property. He was driving us around and showed us how the backstreets connect , and seems to have a lot of knowledge about Saratoga and all the shortcuts. My wife and I need a space and a high end kitchen that we can entertain guests and host parties. Ian knows a lot about appliances, layouts, and building materials. He also offered to set me up with contractors who can remodel if we find a house that we like, but is not perfect for our needs.

Bought a Condo home in 2012 for approximately $500K in Ponderosa, Sunnyvale, CA.
I purchased a Condo in Sunnyvale recently and Ian helped me through the process and did a wonderful job. He was always made time to show me condos and houses during the week and went the extra mile to understand what I was looking for and recommend condos accordingly.
The market was pretty competitive and I had two bids rejected. In both cases if I'd listened to what he said it was likely we would've gotten our bid accepted. We finally closed on a lovely condo and he was really helpful and handled the whole process very professionally.
