Hi John -If you want to change the status of your listing to inactive, log in to your Zillow account and pull up your listing then look for the Edit Status near the sale price. From there, you may choose no longer for sale or sold.If this does not work, please advise us.Thank you.
Hi richkm -Make sure not to include the dollar sign and the decimal point when you enter the sale price. And also, don't forget to tick on the disclaimer (I promise that I am the true owner...) before you click on "Create your listing".Thanks.
Hi sailthebay7 -Make sure you use the e-mail account you have used to set-up your Make Me Move offer. Once your logged in, look for the Edit Make Me Move link on the home details page then choose the status "not on the market" to remove the MMM sign.Let me know if you need further help.Thank you.
Hi michaelbcase -I saved your home in your account (My Zillow > Favorite Homes). Navigate the home details page and look for the Flag Home. From there, choose the option Incorrect owner claim. Follow the instructions so you can update your Make Me Move or you'll have to set it up again. If you have questions, please let us know.Thank you.
