Bought a home in 2013.
Ilona knows the area, she knows the business, and she's happy to help you through the whole home buying process. Her friendly demeanor made us feel comfortable asking any questions we had and she was available to answer them at any time of day, 7 days a week. Ilona was proactive about communicating with the sellers and mortgage processors which made the interactions between parties seamless. From start to finish, Ilona was a pleasant agent to work with and we'd love to work with her again in the future.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $300K in Pittsburgh, PA.
Ilona is capable, experienced, thorough, can hit the price point perfectly, and markets a home exrtraordinarily well. She sold my Edgewood home in less than two weeks. She's also pleasant and makes the moving experience a lot less stressful. J. Crawford

Bought a Condo home in 2012 in Monroeville, PA.
Ilona is a professional who went Above and Beyond my expectations. She was Prompt and Considerate and Listened to my Needs. She is not only Honest, Respectful and has Integrity but very easy to work with and always has your best interest in mind. She gets everything in writing to protect you. She made the process of purchasing a home very simple with her extensive knowledge of real estate law. I closed on a home in 3 weeks completing the inspection, appraisal and all the paper work involved in a complicated transition. She is wonderful.

Bought a Condo home in 2009 for approximately $75K in Point Breeze North, Pittsburgh, PA.
Worked with me for several months searching for the right home for my budget. I was a first time home buyer and she helped me through every step of the process from recommending a mortgage, to finding different properties, showing and finally closing. Ilona was always available when had a question. She was very knowledgeable about the cost and repairs associated with every aspect of the home; roofing, insulation, windows, furnaces, a/c, kitchen appliances, etc. Walking through a home with Ilona is a learning experience. I would recommend her to everyone.
