We purchased our first home in 2005, and his advice was perfect. He made closing as easy as possible, explained every step of the process, and did more work than I would expect a realtor to do. Brian was very detail oriented and knew exactly what to do at all times. We lived out of state when he sold our home and he made the process extremely painless. If you need a realtor, he is a great choice.
