yes, this is a lease I am unsure why some listings that come through automatically to Zillow show up under for sale and not under for lease.

I would have your agent pull comps in the area to see what others have sold for in the past 6-9 months. This will give you a good idea of what to offer. That being said, it's a buyers market, hands down. One thing to keep in mind as well, many sellers have discounted their homes already to be great deals. Same as many bank owned homes, the price out there is 20-25% less then it was 2-3 years ago.

One way to get out form under it is to rent your home out if you are able to...I know it sounds like you have lost a lot of income in your household, but that is probably your best shot out of all the scenarios.Check out your options at [hotlink removed by Zillow moderator]
