Integrity. A simple ethical decision for a way to live your life that is lacking in so many people we come into contact with on a daily business. We are constantly affected by integrity, whether it is a quality someone possesses or they don't.

It was easy for me to decide on a name for my business when I first decided on doing this. I worked for a small manufacturer in Twinsburg that had no idea how to treat people and had no clue as to what this word (integrity) meant. I knew how I wanted to treat people, and I knew that I wanted to be able to help people. The problem was, how? I had spent the last 22 years working in manufacturing, the last 10 as a Quality Manager for a company that made engine components for aircraft. How could I help people?I then realized that there are many ways to helppeople, and decided that I would use my 18 years of combined quality knowledge and apply it to Home Inspection.

Although a different profession, I make a difference to people who are investing in what may be the largest purchase of their lives. I take this responsibility very seriously for both the potential buyer and the seller.

There are many areas of a home that are unseen by buyers and sellers alike, such as crawl spaces, attics, chimney caps, and roofs. If you are thinking about buying a home, you should have a professional home inspection performed so that you are aware of the condition of different support systems of a home and are able to better evaluate the investment decision. Likewise, if you are selling your home, don't let yourself be surprised. A professional home inspection can save you thousands in lost sales dollars by identifying potential areas that are in need of attention that can be taken care of economically. Also, it can help avoid delays due to negotiations that can drag on and affect the price.

The truth is, anyone can be a home inspector in the State of Ohio!

I have the education, state of the art equipment, insurance, and ethics to perform the best professional inspection for you. Please feel free to contact me with any questions. (330) 815-0013
