Summary:

Margaret is very professional and extremely organized and proficient. She is always responsive to our concerns and completes all tasks on time and is fully prepared to meet all deadlines. She listed our home in places and on sites we had never even heard of. As a result, our home had great exposure and sold within a short time, even though we were in the middle of a frigid winter. About Me


As a life-long Ithaca native, I bring market knowledge and an appreciation of the cultural diversity of the area to my clients. This inherent expertise of the area, coupled with my enthusiasm, perseverance and dedication to my real estate marketing and sales career, gives me the edge in helping clients realize their real estate dreams.

Prior to my real estate career, I was the Information Technology Manager and Security Officer for high-tech, computer security firms in the area. I therefore embrace the increasing role of technology in the marketplace and have translated those specialized skills into providing her clients with superior, technologically advanced marketing and "state-of-the-heart representation."

I have an understanding of each client's unique desires and concerns for their first or their next home, and helping clients navigate the emotions of selling and buying a home brings me great personal satisfaction.
