As a first-time home buyer, we couldn't be more grateful to have a trusted real estate agent. Ivana had provided excellent service and professional advises to us. She was always ready to do whatever she can to accommodate our request. Moreover, Ivana had treated us as her family and friend. Definitely, we are very thankful for everything she did for us in finding our first home.
Ivana was a great service to me and my family. With her knowledge of real estate and to be able to speak Spanish, she was the perfect real estate agent to help me find my dream home. I would recommend her to anyone.

I was impressed with Ivana from Day 1! Her follow up and attention to detail was outstanding. We relocated from another city, and each time we came into town to look at homes, she accommodated her schedule to make sure she was available for us at our convenience. From looking at properties to making an offer to seeing our closing through to its completion, Ivana was there every step of the way, ensuring a smooth transaction from start to finish. We are now in our dream home, largely in part to her. You will not be disappointed with Ivana Vergara!

Ivana was thorough, responsive and completely trustworthy. She was a delight to work with and a great partner. She worked with me when I was out of town and made things happen, without me personally pushing them forward. Ivana was like having an "EASY" button ... She simplified everything and made things run smoothly.

Wow! I can not say enough about Ivana Vergara as expert realtor, negotiator, communicator, and even guidance counselor. Ivana recently helped my family and I sell our home in hopes of building a new one soon after. This being our fifth home transaction, we thought we knew what to expect and braced ourselves for the usual stress and "realtor" speak that seem to always accompany the sales process. However, never in our past sales or buying experiences did we have a realtor like Ivana. Her expert involvement, guidance, and passion for our personal wants and circumstances were deep and constant. Perhaps even more notable were Ivana's open, always-honest communication and management skills. I honestly felt like I was working with a big sister or my best friend more than with a realtor. She is remarkable in all realms of her profession and services. She is expert in the area and seems to know everything and everyone -- from inspectors to contractors to agents and other specialists; and she uses this superb, in-depth knowledge strategically and relentlessly and to help her clients.
For example, when my husband and I first considered selling our house, she began investigating options immediately, putting tons of energy and effort into answering our many questions and trying to find matching solutions for us. When we couldn't find the new house we wanted and considered buying a lesser home than what we were looking for, she talked us out of buying at that time and told us we should wait for our dream house instead. When we thought maybe the house we lived in at the time might be too hard to sell because we'd need to get top price to make a move, Ivana said she was ready to work as hard as it took to make it happen for us. And she did work very, very hard. She sold our house in just FIVE DAYS!!!! During negotiations, she always seemed like she was on our side, every recommendation she made was so satisfyingly and obviously in our best interest. Throughout the sale, she guided us through the entire process, responding to every message I sent in seconds and always with forthright, detailed, expert information, getting us to closing smoothly and on time.
When we were finally able to put in a contract on our new home, Ivana spent hours helping us communicate with the builder and sales rep, and then she spent days helping us select our lot, color, and various upgrade options. Even when my husband and I started tiring of the "choosing" process and started feeling overwhelmed, Ivana guided us through, telling us to take our time, come back later if we needed to, but reminded us not to settle for something we didn't love. And, after hours of looking and trying to match and re-match options, she still seemed as excited about our house as we were!
Later, as our new home progressed through the construction progress, my family grew ever more grateful for and impressed with Ivana. She recommended an external inspector for our home and put us in touch with him, but she also communicated with him almost daily as our home was built, sometimes meeting him at our home site at unscheduled times to answer his questions and make sure the everything was on track. When problems arose -- and we did have a few major problems -- Ivana fought for us at every turn. She visited granite vendors and building specialists, talked daily (and often multiple times) with the construction manager and sales office representative. If these lines of communication weren't satisfactory for the problem, Ivana escalated matters to higher authorities until she got a solution that met our needs. She worked seemingly endlessly on our behalf, and it often seemed like Ivana fought for our interests more passionately and fervently than we could have done ourselves. In fact, when my husband asked, in the midst of one of the most potentially stressful situations with the new build, "Why aren't you freaking out about this"? I said, "Hey, Ivana's on it; I know if there's something that needs to be happening, she's doing it and that she's doing it even better than I could."
Never did I think there was a realtor who could be so professional and so personal at the same time. My expectations for most things and most people are so high that it's often hard to make me happy or make me think I couldn't have somehow done things a better way. Not so with Ivana. Working with Ivana was the complete opposite. She knows more, does more, and cares more than you could ever expect or hope for. And even after all of this said, when you work with her, you will still be amazed at how she exceeds even your highest expectations and standards. You will not find a better, more personable, professional, spirited representative for you and your family's home needs. I recommend her fully and zealously.

Our experience with Ivana was fantastic from the moment we consulted her on the sale of our house all the way through closing. She came prepared and knowledgeable about comparative listings in our area and offered us several options. She gave excellent advice on how to prepare our house so that it showed well. She kept us updated and in the loop through the entire process. Her communication skills are phenomenal and she puts the focus on her clients. We would recommend her to our friends and use her again for sure if the need arises!
My fiancé and I had a phenomenal experience buying our first home with the help of Ivana. Every step of the way on our long journey, she was extremely helpful with filling us in on the home buying process. She was very personable and truly cared about getting us everything we wanted. I would highly recommend Ivana as the realtor of choice for anyone looking to buy to sell a home-- she is awesome!!
I wouldn't want any other agent But Ivana Vergara, she's an excellent Agent to work with. She always e-mail me or sent me a text to let me know what is the next step or just to give me an update, she's looking out for the best deal, and make sure that is something I like. I recommend her to anyone.
