Ratings & Reviews

My wife and I relocated to Atlanta from Minneapolis. Now, having lived in Atlanta for a couple years we knew the neighborhoods where we wanted to buy a home (VAHI, Inman Park, or Midtown) but felt that we did not truly know these areas or the Intown market well enough to proceed with just any Realtor. That's where Brian was so helpful. We interviewed several Realtors and we recognized immediately why we needed to work with Brian.

First, he actually lives in the neighborhoods we were interested in and truly is an expert on them. This proved so valuable for us throughout the process. It is most likely the key factor in the multiple competitive offers situations we had with the house we now have. (Midtown)

Secondly, we were first time home buyers and really unfamiliar with the whole process. At each step my wife and I had so many questions about home buying that I am sure it tried his patience but Brian never showed that and always spent time with our most trivial issues. He was so available throughout for showings and our constantly changing preferences (house - condo - town home) that would have driven most other Realtors crazy.

Third, was his experience with the financial aspects of home finance. Not having owned before I was incredibly concerned about the financing, appreciation, comp listings, tax ramifications, etc, etc. Brian's past experience in the mortgage industry and finance background was key. His advice on everything from our budget, to interest rates, through to our offer price was crucial.

Finally, his genuine enthusiasm for us. Brian is really good at what he does but he's also so involved in getting the outcome that we had dreamed. He was sincerely almost as happy for us as we were. We closed on a great new home, right in the heart of Midtown with everything that we had wanted within walking distance. My wife and I are just so incredibly happy about it!

Bought a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $150K in Stone Mountain, GA.

Brian worked very hard to help us find a home that worked for us and we liked and he also worked very hard to get our condo rented if we were ever to buy another home or when it is time to sell the condo we will call Brian wright away.

Sold a home in 2014 in Midtown, Atlanta, GA 30308.

I've worked with Brian on three separate occasions. I highly recommend him. He knows the local market, offers great advice and is highly responsive to the needs of his clients. He was very helpful when it came to staging suggestions, assisting me to understand comps and how that is used to set initial asking price, helping me find the necessary resources to address inspection repair items and keeping me informed of upcoming showings, repeat showings, getting pictures taken and updated to the listing, etc. My condo was on the market for 3 days and received 5 showings and an offer. More Less
