Prior to becoming a Realtor in 2008, Jay spent 9 years in the US Marine Corps where he learned what hard work and dedication really means. Jay started investing in real estate in 2002 in California. After leaving the Marine Corps due to injuries in combat in 2004 he returned to home to Texas. Specializing in commercial and residential investment properties, Jay thrives on fighting hard for his clients for get the best price possible.
On the selling side Jay uses his marketing talents to maximize selling price, minimize time on market, and relieve the transaction of stress to the parties involved.
