Sold a Condo home in 2013 in South of Market, San Francisco, CA.
Jeff Hand was really wonderful to work with. He has extensive knowledge of the San Francisco real estate market and especially in and around the South of Market neighborhood. He really spent time listening to us and showed us places that fit our particular criteria. He worked very hard on our behalf; and at a very competitive time in San Francisco real estate market, his peer to peer relationships with other agents turned out to be a huge benefit to us finding a place. He found a property that was not on the market yet and he was able to negotiate a great deal on our behalf. The condo we bought turned out to be perfect for us. He has great connections in both the mortgage and title business which was a big plus to us in closing on our condo. All in all, Jeff is a good, honest, and hard working agent.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 in Mission Bay, San Francisco, CA.
Jeff helped us buy our first SF home. We were looking for the property for over a year. He is very patient and very knowledgeable about San Francisco real estate market. Without his help, we couldn't find our dream home. Thank you Jeff!

We chose to put our condo in SF on the market and within four weeks, we had it remodeled, staged, and sold!
Throughout every step of this process, Jeff was in consistent and clear communication whether by phone or email.
