A third generation entrepreneur, Guerra opened Real Estate Sales Force or RESF in 2005. The real estate firm has Three offices in Coral Gables, Miami Lakes, Davie, & Boca Raton. And it has grown from 25 to over 300 agents.

Guerra was one of Doral's leading real estate agents, selling 550 homes in one day – twice. He was given the platinum "Broker of the Year" award in 2006, 2007 and 2008 by the Builders Association of South Florida and was a "Best Broker of Year" finalist in the South Florida Business Journal's 2006 Up & Comers issue. And in 2006, RESF was named "Real Estate Company of the Year" by the Latin Builders Association.
