I had a great experience with Jeff Grant. Short selling my condo could have been very stressful, but Jeff''s timely answering of ALL my questions (and I had a lot), his updates and his knowledge of the market made me feel like I was in good hands. Thank you for helping me sell the condo, Jeff!

I honestly did not believe I would be eligible for a short sale. Jeff quickly reviewed the information I sent him and the process was started. Jeff connected me with a local realtor who worked in partnership with Jeff. Jeff was able to stall the foreclosure process while the short sale was being approved. I would encourage anyone who is in the middle of a strategic default to consult with Jeff. Foreclosure may not be your only option.

Jeff was an absolutely indispensible resource to completing our short sale in timely and effective manner. I would have been completely lost without his expertise and experience. His communication about the process (including where we were at, what to expect, what he needed from me) was top notch, and his ability to get things done and get our sale approved was incredible. I literally do not believe would would have been able to do it without him. I would recommend him to anybody needing to complete a short sale before the 2014 deadline.

Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $225K in Carson City, NV.
I enlisted Jeff to guide me through a short sell attempt. The process was emotional and complex. As time went on I realized I had the best person possible doing my negotiating for me. I was sending in a person with a swagger that only comes from an intimate knowledge of the process. He was honest even at his disadvantage .He was prompt and available at unexpected hours. I am not the type to give a testimonial, but I am making an exception in this case. My outcome was guided to a successful conclusion and Jeff is deserving of all accolades which come his way.

Jeff was very instrumental in the negotiations of my short sale with the lender. He was very prompt and professional. We had a pretty tough time with the bank but he was persistent and I don't know how we would have gotten this done without him.

Jeff helped my husband and I navigate through the laborious process of a short sale on our home with a level of expertise and professionalism that we didn't think possible! He kept us informed at every step, and offered reassurance and support the entire time. I'm a college professor and I still found the bank's responses to my stressful situation confusing at best, bullying at worst. From day one I was very grateful and relieved to have someone as knowledgeable and experienced as Jeff Grant in my corner.
Although we did not complete the sale that was entirely the bank's doing and _despite_his best efforts - I doubt if anyone could have succeeded in our case.
Jeff made me feel like I was his only client and I strongly recommend him to anyone considering a short sale.

All I can say is if you need to short sale you need to use Jeff, he told my wife and I he would get it done and he did! I can not say enough about how proffesional Jeff is, he walked us through the entire process and we felt like we were his only client because of the personal attention to our situation.. He answered all of our questions and kept us informed throughout the process. Our house was in Colorado and Jeff is in San Diego, Ca. so yes he can get it done in other states. God bless you Jeff Grant you have made it possible for us to move on with our lives.
