Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $400K in Fallbrook, CA.
Would highly recommend! Jim assisted us with the purchase of our home in Fallbrook after 3 years of looking and working off and on with other realtors. He was always responsive and available for questions and requests, friendly and a pleasure to work with.

As a first time home buyer I'm so glad I was referred to Jim by a close friend. I started my search with another agent but I knew immediately he was not the right fit and didn't have the ambition I needed to find a condo in the desirable Hillcrest neighborhood.
While my friend was also condo hunting I saw how professional, knowledgable and friendly Jim was. So I asked Jim if I could work with him as well. I'm so glad I did! He was there every step of the way and was right on top of everything. We clicked really well and he quickly knew what I was looking for. I couldn't be happier with the outcome. I love my condo and I will absolutely work with him again in the future. Jim is a great guy and knows his business!
Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $500K in North Park, San Diego, CA.
Jim Hush is as professional and helpful as it gets. I was new to the area and not only did he suggest areas for me, he suggested areas and homes that would NOT be for me saving us both a ton of time and effort. Not only did our collaboration result in my new home but he's a fountain of information on the housing market and great fun to boot. If you're looking for a new home or apartment Jim is the one to call. He also sold my mom and her friend a house too. He's that good and he never makes you feel you're imposing on him (even if you are).

I have used Jim Hush's real estate services/expertise several times on projects, and he has been great to work with. In addition, I have referred to several people in my circle of friends/peers, and all have been very impressed as well. This has included a condo in Hillcrest, a beautiful new home in La Costa, and several homes around San Diego - no matter where the area is, he has proven to be a true expert.

Jim Hush was referred to me by a friend who had done real estate business with him. Because I was moving from another state and unfamiliar with the realtors and real estate market in San Diego, Jim's help was so appreciated and I was very impressed with how quickly and easily the whole process went.
I will definitely refer him to others.
Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $575K in North Park, San Diego, CA.
I have purchased three properties with Jim, and sold one, all in the North Park area. Not only is he very knowledgeable and well respected in the industry, but you won't find a realtor with more integrity.
My most recent transaction was the purchase of my home last May. Jim worked on with me on this for several months; he showed me MANY properties during that time frame and never tired of my emails and phone calls. The final transaction proved to be a bit difficult for several reasons, but Jim went above and beyond to handle the problems and make sure we closed on time.

Jim was my buying agent and a connsumant professional throughout the home buying process. My daughter and I were looking for a condo in the Hillcrest/North Park area of San Diego. We could not have found a more knowledgeable agent for this geographical area. Jim showed us a multitude of condos and was always quick to get us an appointment and was there to meet us promptly at the property. He gave us good information a locations, prices, and other aspects of the home buying process. We would highly recommend Jim to anyone in the market to buy a home.
Sold a Townhouse home in 2013 for approximately $675K in Pacific Beach, San Diego, CA.
Let’s be honest--there's a certain negative stereotype associated with real estate agents. However, Jim defies that stereotype in every possible way. He’s incredibly hardworking, honest, ethical, patient, sincerely friendly, funny, extremely knowledgeable, and highly intelligent. Furthermore, he got us the best possible deal both as a buyer’s agent and as our listing agent. His goal at every step was to make us satisfied rather than trying to wrap up the deal as fast as possible.
Jim helped my wife and I purchase our condo in 2009. At that time, there were a decent number of properties on the market, but most of them were overpriced and many of them were stinkers for one reason or another. Jim took us on at least 6 different tours that each included 4 or 5 properties and never once did he push us to make a decision. For each tour he took the time to preview every property so that he would know in advance what advantages (or more typically disadvantages) there were to the properties. Finally we found the perfect house but even then he did not push us into it. During the whole process there were multiple offers and counter offers made and Jim made it so easy to negotiate and get the best possible deal. But his work wasn’t even done after the closing--when our condo suffered water damage owing to a negligent neighbor, Jim got us in touch with contractors who efficiently and affordably got our condo back into working order.
When it came time to sell in 2013 we naturally thought of Jim. However, we’re the kind of people who are excessively thorough with decisions like this and so we interviewed several listing agents. It was like night and day though, and Jim was the clear winner.
The other agents we interviewed did a market analysis and recommended 25-30k less than what Jim recommended. If we had gone with them, we probably would have received 20 offers over list price and we might have (mistakenly) gone away from things feeling like we’d done well. But Jim had a much better sense of the market, and he convinced us to aim high. He got it exactly right, and within one week we had 4 offers over the list price and everything went through smoothly.
Now we’re moving to a different state and are saddened that we can’t take Jim with us to help us buy our next house.

Jim Hush was my buying agent a few years ago, and I have recommended Jim Hush to family and several friends since then. He knows the entire San Diego market very well, works hard for his clients, is creative, and constantly stays on top of new listings.
