Sold a home in 2012.
I contacted several realtors to help me sell my condo but decided to go with Julie because she was so knowledgeable and obviously great at what she does. She answered all my questions and walked me through every step of the process-- not to mention she did a phenomenal job getting my place sold.
We had to handle much of the process via email and fax because I was out of the area-- but she coordinated it all without any problems. She was upfront about everything and always told me exactly what was going on-- so I always felt on top of things and I knew where we stood.
She was always available and answered calls or emails promptly. She is clearly a very detail oriented person because nothing slipped through the cracks and it was such a breeze to go through the process with her. Not to mention, she's super nice and always positive and reassuring, nothing seems to faze her!
I couldn't recommend her more highly-- she is a great real estate agent and a great person. What more could you ask for?…More Less

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $950K in Studio City, Sherman Oaks, CA.
I cannot say enough good things about working with Julie Kryukova. We moved from the East coast and had no knowledge of the different LA neighborhoods. Julie listened to us when we told her what type of neighborhood we were looking for: good schools, family friendly, not on a busy street, not too far from work, etc. The perfect neighborhood, right? Well, Julie sent us extensive listings and patiently listened to our feedback on each one so that she could then schedule appointments for us to view the ones we wanted. Since, we were only able to come into town on the weekends, she previewed neighborhoods, homes, and spoke to selling agents before we arrived to ensure that our limited time was used as efficiently and effectively as possible.
When we did find the house we wanted, Julie continued to excel. She thoroughly walked us through the process and requirements. She negotiated very effectively on our behalf and made sure that we not only paid a fair price for the house, but that we were able to thoroughly inspect everything and were completely comfortable every step of the way. Julie went even further by scheduling appointments with plumbers, roofers, pesticide companies, fireplace inspectors, electric, and HVAC contractors. Plus, because we were out of town, she handled all the appointments on our behalf. She made the entire process seem so easy.
Throughout the looking, negotiating, and buying process, Julie was always available. She was responsive whether I called, emailed, or texted her. Overall, we couldn't be more pleased with our experience.…More Less
