Found Loan Republic through Zillow and was skeptical in the beginning. In the course of my refinancing, I found that Josh runs a tight ship, is knowledgeable, and his team is very efficient. The service is minimalistic, but that’s what you expect from a lean operation as this. In exchange, you get great rates through low overhead, and a quick turn-around. In my book, that’s all one needs. Will definitely consider Loan Republic again.

Josh was very helpful throughout the loan process. I found him to be very informative and responsive to all of my questions and concerns. He set me up with the loan I was after and kept me informed of its progress until closing, which happened much faster than I expected. Overall, I am very satisfied and would recommend Josh to anyone looking for a professional, honest and efficient lender.

Great service! Josh personally responded to any email or phone call quickly and yes the same day. This by itself is impressive. Then he sent me the link to his search engine for rates. Again, be ready to be surprised again as you’re not asked to put in any personal information to get your rate quotes. When the rates come up you get to see your rate options which also have links to an accurate breakdown of the expenses. No tricks, no gimmicks, just straight up service and follow through.

We did two refi's at once.
Josh is very professional and he got us a great rate for both of our properties.
He made it very fast and easy. We were able to do the entire process without leaving home. We finished well before the rate lock expired.

Josh was great to work with every step of the way through our refinance process. Any time I would call with a question he would pick up the phone without having to leave a message and wait for a call back. Being able to scan and submit forms electronically saved valuable time and made the process easy. Closing went smooth with no suprises.

Loan Republic provides incredible service and is extremely knowledgeable. The service is super automated and my transaction went very fast. Best of all Loan Republic was by far the best offer I could find in the mortgage industry. I got rate quotes from over 15 lenders and Loan Republic was able to get me a “no cost” refinance at 1/8 of a point better than any other lender. And Loan Republic was a true NO COST refinance when most of the other lenders had some closing costs at the higher rate. I highly recommend Loan Republic.

We found Josh Motto through Zillow and decided to move forward with him based on his reviews by other clients and initial communications with him. Communication with Josh was good, and he seemed honest and responsive (exactly the kind of broker we needed). We got an excellent rate and completed our refinance about 10 days ago. The refinancing process went smoothly. It took about 35 days from lock to close. We would not hesitate to work with Josh and Loan Republic again on our next refinance or purchase and would highly recommend him.
