    Joan helped us buy our first home. From the start she was prompt, sweet and very honest with us. She showed us a house we fell in love with and said there was a pending contract already on it. She assisted us in what to do to try to get it and we did. She answered non stop questions from us since we were so nervous and new to this. Joan is a fantastic person and realtor who went above and beyond in making us feel comfortable with buying our first house. Her years of experience show and it was a pleasure from start to finish
