Patrick was an awesome realtor. He was always knowledgeable and quickly responded to my emails and calls. At the beginning of our homebuying process, he called just to see how everything was going and took time to care. To me, that says a lot about a person. I would definitely recommend Patrick to anyone that is considering buying a home. We had several hurdles to overcome in our process and Patrick was there every step of the way and made our homebuying experience as smooth as possible. Patrick is by far the best realtor for anyone looking to find "Home."

Bought a home in 2011.Summary:
This is the guy you need if you're looking to buy a home! Patrick came and met us after hours at our home to get to know us and find out what we were looking for as we set off to purchase our first home. Initially I wasn't thinking that we'd be able to find what we were looking for with our limited price range but Patrick did it. In fact, we only looked at 3 homes and bought the 3rd one because he did a lot of the ground work for us in the few days after we met. We thought homebuying was going to be a nightmare but Patrick was awesome -- after our offer was accepted he wasted no time in getting all of the people lined up and was constantly communicating with us about what we needed to do, who needed what, and where we needed to be and at what times. Very very helpful for first time home buyers. Love this guy.

We contacted Patrick through a flyer that he had put out.From our first phone call, he was professional and responsive to our needs.With only a vague idea of what my husband and I were looking for in a home, Patrick was able to guide us through the process. In a short period of time, we found our home. Patrick was also able to put us in touch with a wonderful mortgage lender. We could not have done this without him. Patrick was a model of professionalism and courtesy every step of the way. His CONSTANT communication was unexpected and greatly appreciated. Due to his excellent relationship with all of his clients it was understandable that he was not able to answer the phone every single time I called. However he managed to WOW me time and time again when no matter how busy he was and no matter how many clients he was working for on any particular day, he would always manage to be prompt in returning calls and addressing any issues. I even left him a message late at night one time (expecting he would return my call the next day whenever it was convenient) and I was no less than amazed when he called me back within minutes! Apart from Patrick's stellar customer service skills, he was equally rounded in all aspects of the real estate process. He mentioned to me that he had taken part in one aspect or another in well over 600 transactions. By the time he mentioned that to me I was not surprised since I had already made up my mind that Mr. Burns was the Real Estate agent this household would always call first. Our experience was PERFECT!

Bought a home in 2009.Summary:
Patrick really took the time to look at my family's diverse needs and assist us in making the choice of purchasing the home. He was understanding and very patient through the process. He made me feel like I had gained a new friend as well as a new home. Purchasing a home can be stressful. As a mother, wife and full time worker it is nice to have someone assist you that you can trust and know that they have your best interest at heart. I truly genuinely appreciate all of his help during the process.

A true professional. Patrick went above and beyond in helping me find the exact home which suited my needs and met my financial goals. He was readily available for any questions or showings of potential homes. He also assisted me throughout the entire process from home inspection to the actual closing of my home. He also provided a "goody bag" which was a nice personal touch the day I moved into my home. It was full of very useful items which made moving day much easier!

Sold a Condo home in 2011 for approximately $125k in Greensboro, NC.Summary:
I have used Patrick's services twice. Once to buy a home and then 10 years later to sell that same home. 10 years ago it was a sellers market and his skill and knowledge helped us to get the best home for the dollar. 10 years later it definitely is a buyers market and I was in a position where I needed to sell as soon as possible. Pricing and advertising was the key and Patrick once again showed his skills. Where some homes were on the market for well over a year, I was able to sell in just 5 weeks. Patrick made sure my home was priced competitively while also looking out for my best interests. He knew what I needed to sell the home for and made sure that I was protected. Thanks Patrick and I will definitely be using your services again in the near future.
