Sold a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $250K in Summerville, Augusta, GA.
The Trulock group has spent their whole lives in the Augusta area and are second generation realtors. They are well connected in the area and well respected by their peers. We were very pleased with Ross and the way he handled the listing of our home- how can we complain as he sold it in less than a week? I respected and valued his opinion when it came to the buying/selling of our home. If you are looking for a young, local, hardworking realtor- you will find one here. Not only have I already highly recommended him in the past, I will continue to use him in the future.

Ross is a pro. Hard work, attention to detail and uncanty instincts have led to his success as a realtor in our city. Most of all, my wife and I have enjoyed his company through two home purchases in five years. That means a lot to us. Buying a home can be a stressful experience but Ross made us feel totally comfortable. It's a bonus that we've found the perfect home and made a profit on our sell during this economy. Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $200K in Summerville, Augusta, GA.
Extremely knowledgeable about the Augusta market and a pleasure to work with. He was able to give accurate estimates of where sellers would go as far as price drops and was able to steer my wife and I away from homes that simply were not worth the cost. He was always available to show us prospective homes and even came over one evening after 8 pm to help me with some counteroffers.
