Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $150K in Woodmere, Jacksonville, FL.
I highly recommend Jeff Riber for any real estate needs. I have worked with realtors in several different states buying and selling homes over the years and after having worked with Jeff, everyone else now pales in comparison.
Jeff Riber really knows his stuff! He was personable, patient and very professional throughout the entire sale of our family home. With the two co-owners living out of state, the sale of a family home could have been quite difficult; but Jeff took the lead and made the process easier than I could have ever imagined it would be.
If I lived in Florida I would not hesitate to use him again and recommend that anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the Jacksonville area get Jeff on board as quickly as possible.

Bought a home in 2013.
Jeff helped us through our home buying process by describing the advantages of each Jacksonville community and area so that we could maximize our purchase. We ended up purchasing a new construction home in North St. Johns County and Jeff was extremely knowledgeable regarding the process of the construction and closing. His emails/website/social media are very helpful and provide relevant information as well.

Jeff contacted me after my home did not sale with another agency and told me he could get the job done if I give him a try....He did get the job done and we are elated to be moving on with our lifes of building our dream home ina nother city!

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $50K in Murray Hill, Jacksonville, FL.
Jeff did a wonderful job in helping my wife and I locate and purchase our home.
Jeff was patient in our 6 month search. He was extremely responsive to our requests for showings - always responded in some form on the same day. His use of technology really helped us stay on top of new listings and other information about properties on the market.
Jeff is knowledge about the process, and his knowledge helped a lot with offers and process relating to short sales, foreclosures, and other such properties. We also appreciated his background knowledge as an investor himself when it came to additional required investments in potential remodeling efforts.
When we finally chose the house we purchased, Jeff was able to negotiate the contract price below listing with closing cost assistance. Again, he utilized technology to support our negotiating position with comparable sales. He recommended good vendors to support the due diligence process and was able to negotiate repairs based on the inspection.
My wife and I were very happy with Jeff's service and we have already recommended him to our family and friends.

Bought a home in 2013.
I enjoyed working with Jeff Riber. He was very profesional and had a great deal of knowledge. He was able to negotiate for me and get the price lowered. In addition he was very informative thus helping me to understand the entire home buying process. This was the first house I purchased so I had lots of questions and he was so helpful. I looked at numerous houses and he had a great deal of patience. I really enjoyed working with him and would highly reccommend him to anyone.

Offer my highest recommendations! Professional, knowledgeable, honest, and straightforward. Jeff used strong communications and marketing tools in creating visibility and exposure for our home. Particularly liked his routine, periodic updates (trends, pricing fluctuations, viewing activity, area sales activity) that, while not always bearing "good news", provided meaninful data that were helpful in managing expectations and forming selling stragtegies. In the tough NE Florida area, Jeff was quite successful bringing viable potential buyers to view our home. Most importantly, his work got our home SOLD! Without hesitation, I would use Jeff again.

Bought a home in 2012.
Jeff was willing to drive across town for us to see several houses on very short notice. He did not grow frustrated by showing us multiple listings on multiple days before we settled on our dream house. He was very knowledgeable about the beaches area where we ended up buying, and the questions he admitted he wasn't sure of the answer to, he took the time to find out for us. He is very personable, not pushy, and always took our preferences into consideration. I have no reservations about recommending Jeff for your next listing or to help you find your dream home too!

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $25K in East Arlington, Jacksonville, FL.
Jeff was extremely professional and made the first-time-house-buying process an overall pleasant experience. He gave sound advice when requested (or when the opportunity presented itself), was very accommodating for scheduling meetings/house viewings, and encouraged as much feedback from me to help find what would fit my idea of a house should be as I was willing to give. After a series of houses falling through (secondary/tertiary potential buyers coming in WELL OVER asking price, i.e. through no fault of ours) and months of looking at hundreds of houses online and near 30 in person, he was still able to be motivated -- and motivational -- and surprise me with houses that fit my qualifications that I hadn't already seen anywhere -- [the best] one of which eventually became my house. I would happily work with him again if given the opportunity.
