Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $300K in Lititz, PA.
Mr. Depew was very professional. He helped me every step of the way, giving me advice on what to do to make my house more marketable. I still can't believe I sold my house in under 2 months. I would absolutely recommend him as a realtor, that is if you want to SELL your house. He also was very helpful in showing me houses to buy when mine sold.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $250K in Lititz, PA.
My wife and I have worked with Jack for the last 12 years. Prior to that, we had worked with 4 other agents and not a one comes close to Jack. I can say, with no hesitation, that Jack is 100% committed to providing his clients with the best possible service. Over the years, we have come to regard Jack as a friend as much as our agent. It is readily apparent that he understands what his clients are looking for and is working to their best interests. My only regret is that our current transaction will probably be our last, as we are building a new home that we intend to retire into. Jack's service and professionalism will be missed greatly. Bought a Single Family home in 2008 for approximately $325K in Lancaster, PA.
Our family relocated to Lancaster from Philadelphia in July of 2008. When we were ready to buy a house Jack was recommended to us by a previous client. Jack's knowledge of Lancaster City and Lancaster Township was extremely helpful in our finding a great home in and equally great neighborhood.
