Jack is very helpful and professional guy with excellent negotiation skills. Before I met him, I saw over 10 realtors. None of them really cared about the real benefit for me. Thanks for internet, I know Jack from zillow and had a very smooth experience to get my dream house in Berkeley Heights. He was very patient and helped me saved $25000 on negotiation part plus 1.5% rebate even when this house got multiple offers.
