Jack is very professional in his area of services. He helped me putting my listing for sale using their flat fee MLS, which not only had my listing showed on all major search website but also saved me thousands of dollars commission normally charged by broker. Jack is always willing to help and answer my questions quickly.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 in Hillsborough, NJ.
Jack was very honest with what he promised and also let us know the potential things which could result in less than 2% rebate in the beginning.
He is very aware of the local realty sales trend and showed his professionalism and skill in dealing the seller's agent and price negotiation.

Bought a home in 2012.
Jack is very helpful and professional guy with excellent negotiation skills. Before I met him, I saw over 10 realtors. None of them really cared about the real benefit for me. Thanks for internet, I know Jack from zillow and had a very smooth experience to get my dream house in Berkeley Heights. He was very patient and helped me saved $25000 on negotiation part plus 1.5% rebate even when this house got multiple offers. If you can do a little bit of your own research with the target areas, you should definitely consider his business model to save a lot of money. Thanks Jack!

Sold a home in 2012.
I was very attractive by his business model, and used the services for both my selling and buying out house. Though the selling is not went through, but he and his team are very effective and responsive in our communications, and the best part is the 2% rebate we got on closing for buying. Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $675K in Parsippany, NJ.
I used Jack's company for both my selling and buying out house. For selling, the listing was rushed out on late Thursday evening to catch the weekend. His team helped us a lot and work late to get it out. Just that weekend, without even open house, we got 5 offers with full price. We closed the deal in about 45 days with no issues. We saved huge commission by using his unique service.
For buying, Jack helped us from the beginning of negotiating price, closing and even house design suggestion. We got our rebate with no issue which essentially lower our price even further. Very pleasant experiences.

Bought a Condo home in 2012 for approximately $450K in Mahwah, NJ.
While visiting an open house I came to know about Realmart Realty and I used their service when I bought my Condo. Jack and Yris assisted me greatly in the buying process and they provided me with the rebate as promised during the closing settlement. I just bought a house with Carmen part of Jack Yao's team, and it was wonderful experience. I just cannot ask more than this, they were extremely professional and helpful, provided answer to all my questions in timely manner. When I heard about it, I thought this program may not work, but then thought let me give a try and the rest is a history.
