Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $300K in Northwest, Reno, NV.

Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $300K in Northwest, Reno, NV.
We are new to Reno and we love it here! My husband and I came from a totally different housing market where there was a glut of inventory and it was a buyer’s market. We came across Jack Cote on Zillow and he had amazing reviews. I called him and hired him on the spot. We had no idea that we would be facing a housing shortage which makes house hunting difficult at best! Jack was fantastic to work with. He’s very patient and extremely knowledgeable. House hunting can be stressful and Jack is great at keeping things in perspective and I never once saw him lose his cool! He’s extremely responsive, and we knew from day one we were in good hands. There’s so much transition when you move to a new city. The last thing you want is extra stress shopping for a home. Jack made sure we had everything handled. Simply put, Jack is awesome!
