Bought a Single Family home in 2015 for approximately $275K in Old Northwest - West University, Reno, NV.

It was an absolute pleasure to work with Jack Cote on our first home purchase. Jack is incredibly knowledgeable of the Reno area and of houses in general - which was especially helpful since we were interested in pre-war homes that tend to have more character but come with more potential pitfalls and repairs. Jack has deep industry experience and is in demand, but was still incredibly responsive and easy to work with -- he even stopped-by a new listing to take photos for us in the rain! Bought a Single Family home in 2015 for approximately $275K in Old Northwest - West University, Reno, NV.

I really enjoyed working with Jack Coté. We were first time homebuyers and Jack patiently guided us through everything we needed to know, in great detail. Even though it took a few months for us to find our ideal home, Jack confidently coached us through the entire process.

I appreciated Jack’s kind communication style and responsiveness. He’s up on the latest technology, and being able to text/email him and know we’d get a quick reply was very convenient and built confidence.

With a lot of real estate history in the Reno area, Jack is especially talented at understanding the potential value in each home. We wanted to get an older classic home and Jack provided a ton of useful information in each home tour, and he also provided us with valuable guidance with respect to pricing each home and roughly estimating renovation costs.

We’re really happy with the home we ended up getting and enjoyed working with Jack to get it! I would definitely work with him again on any home purchase or sale.

Bought a Single Family home in 2015 for approximately $225K in Sparks, NV.
