Bought a home in 2014.

This was the second time I have worked with Jack on buying a new home and I could not imagine ever using another agent. His dedication and attentiveness to his client, and knowledge of the area are second to none. Jack is seemingly available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day and truly puts everything he has into getting the best deal for his client. Sold a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $150K in North Valleys, Reno, NV.

I first met Jack Cote in 2010 when I was looking to buy my first house. Jack was very helpful and made the process less stressful. He kept me informed about everything and helped my through every step along the way.

Jump to 2014 when I'm looking to sell that same house and Jack was my obvious choice. Jack again made the process very easy for me. My house was on the market for two days, and we closed in about three weeks.

Jack always responds quickly to calls, texts and emails. Jack is very knowledgeable, he was able to answer all of my questions and even gave me advice where it was needed. I would highly recommend Jack for anyone looking to buy or sell.

Bought a home in 2014.

If your looking for a professional broker who takes time to understand what your looking for than look no further than JacK Cote. My wife and I have bought and sold several homes and hands down Jack is the best broker we have ever worked with. We live in the bay area and we were looking for our retirement home but distance was a real challenge. Jack was our eyes and ears in the market place and found our dream home. He took over 200 photos and sent them to us on Shutterfly like I said he is professional and very detailed. Once we made the offer he handled all of the inspections and follow-ups necessary to make sure the home met not only our satisfaction but his as well. Wait it goes on he also offered to help coordinate some work that we wanted done after closing escrow can't tell you how huge this was for us given the distance we live from Reno. Jack also surprised us with the gift of purchasing a one year home warranty for us ((he does this for all of his clients). Tell me how many brokers reach into their own pocket to give you the gift of sleep insurance if for some reason something breaks or fails in the first year. You don't run into people that often that you have a professional relationship that you want to maintain let alone develop a friendship with them over time but we hope to see Jack and his wife in the near future.  More Less
