I love helping people. Whether a deal needs to stay on track and close on time or if inspection reveals an unacceptable defect that kills the deal, I am in it to represent you to stay in or get out of the deal as safely as possible. That is right, as safely as possible. You'd be surprised of all the things that can cause problems or make a purchase turn out to be more costly than anyone ever dreamed. Granted I can't possibly know everything but I will do my best to protect your best interest. That is why it is ALWAYS good to have a vetren REALTOR working on your behalf even when building new construction. Remember the Sales person at the new home Model Works for the builder and does not give you a buyer "any" representation! Most builders have a REALTOR fee built in to their costs since they depend on Realtors a lot for their business. So, don't think it is cost effective to go to a new home model without a REALTOR you know and trust.

Remember when buying or selling work with someone you trust. If you meet me and don't feel there is a level of trust then by all means I would totally understand you wanting to work with someone else.
"It's just business" but again you have to feel you can trust the agent you work with and feel comfortable too.
