Bought a Condo home in 2013 in Cocoa Beach, FL.
Oh my - where to start? Jackie, acting as a buyer agent, took the time to show us 8 condo's in one short day. We were interested in Cape Canaveral and Cocoa Beach and had already gone through 1 realtor in the area we thought "didn't live up to standards". Just a few short minutes with her told us that she KNEW the area inside and out and she had even personally had been in most of the listings in the area. After she got a good idea of what we were after, she also showed us 2 more units we didn't have on our radar and they were even closer to what we were after. In the end, she helped us submit an offer that she felt was reasonable given the 'motivation' of the Seller and the condo location/condition/comparables. To our great surprise (and somewhat to hers), she was RIGHT ON THE MARK - the Seller's counter was only 5k from what we offered, 15k under their asking price. Jackie and her crew were the most helpful realtor team I've encountered to date and we are seasoned buyers - having bought 2 properties in Florida, 1 in Chicago and 1 in Denver -- and let me tell you, SHE'S THE BEST EVER. Even to the point of following up with answers to questions I didn't have yet and her team is great at supporting the needs of seasonal owners. She personally inspected our unit at closing since we couldn't be there. Offered to store packages at her office for us for when we show up in a few weeks, etc. She even has an extensive list of contractors to help with remodel or "freshen up" projects.

Sold a Condo home in 2012 in Cocoa Beach, FL.
We first bought in Cocoa Beach in 2007 due to Jackie spending lots of very personal and valuable time showing us lots of styles of units to help us find the one that was literally perfect for us. We bought another one through her in 2009 and then also just recently used her to sell our first one. It is really great to have a true Team of people ready at any moment to help with anything you need during these events. I'm not sure how a smaller operation would be able to provide the exposure and support that they do.…More Less

Bought a Condo home in 2011 for approximately $425K in Indialantic, FL.
We worked with this team for both my mother-in-law's new home in palm bay and my parents' new oceanfront condo in Indialantic. Both had very different wants and needs. We could not have asked for a better realtor, she was professional, personable, and very knowledgeable.
