Sharon was very helpful. I attempted to purchase a short sale first but the sellers abruptly pulled out of the transaction and Sharon went above and beyond for everything that was needed. She did her best to keep them from leaving the sale but unfortunately, they were not very responsive to anything. She kept my spirits up that I would find something and she could help me. Shortly after the deal fell through, Sharon called me with a home she thought I would be interested in. We went to look and it was perfect for me. It had every detail I asked for, within the price range I was looking for. She helped to get everything done quickly to ensure I did not miss the sale. From day one, Sharon was very responsive and helpful to explain everything. As a first time home buyer, she made the process seem to flow effortlessly, even with the current times. Sold a home in 2010.Summary:
I would (and have) recommend Sharon to anyone if you are selling or buying a home. She was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and in my opinion, one of the best in the business! She was very thorough and meticulous.
I have bought and sold several homes and feel like she was above all of the rest. Her style is not pushy as some agents tend to be.
Because of her years of experience and honesty, she was able to guide my husband and I to make the right decisions. That is something that is very important in today's market.…More Less

Her marked analysis was right on the money and an accurate benchmark for our listing price. Even in this poor market, we sold for only a few thousand less than her initial recommended listing price.
Sharon did an excellent job of communicating. She was in constant contact with us about every issue that came up during the showing, contract negotiation, and ultimate closing of the property. She ALWAYS reached out to us whenever an issue arose; I never had to track her down to get information.
