After 2 years of looking for a house on our own and with the help of other agents, a friend referred us to Jacqueline. we gave her our criteria and within 24 hours she was able to show us 4 homes that fit what we were looking for. We bought one of those homes! Jacqueline was friendly, easy to get along with and answered all our questions fully. She was easy to get ahold of and returned calls quickly. She interacted with the sellers agent and the mortgage company continually, paving the way for our move. We have been very happy with the way Jacqueline has worked with us. Bought a Single Family home in 2013 in Cane Ridge, TN.

Sold a home in 2013 in Glencliff, Nashville, TN 37211.

I have worked with Jacquelyn on multiple properties and each one has been smooth. She was very instrumental in negotiating some prices down to where they really needed to be and also worked nicely through some multiple offers when selling property for me. In one situation we uncovered some legitimate issues during the inspection period. The seller was refusing to release the contract, but Jacquelyn handled the whole thing without me having to get involved and I got the earnest money back without having to stress about it. I will be listing another house very soon and have no problems recommending her to others.

Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $100K in Hillbrook, Nashville, TN.

I have known Jacquelyn for over 2 years and have found her to be a very competent real estate agent.She helped me find a rent to own property with in my price range. I have known Jacquelyn Gore for over five years and found her to be the most knowledgeable, hardest working, and definitely the most honest, realtor in Middle TN. Before meeting Jacquelyn and getting the pleasure of working with her, I had worked with several prominent ( well-known ) realtors in the area and found them to be dishonest, shifty, and unreliable. I have worked with Jacquelyn on the purchase of three homes (and sale of one ) in middle TN. She has been nothing short of amazing. She has always been ready, willing, and able to fight/negotiate for my rights as a buyer - always getting me a great deal. Listed, but didn't sell my Single Family home in 2013 in Nashville, TN.

I bought 5 houses from Jacquelyn in 2012. All of them where investment properties that we where going to re-sell. Jacquelyn gave me numbers that she could sell them for after I fixed them, to her specifications. She was off by thousands of dollars on all of them. Each took much longer to sell than she promised. Fore example, 531 Elgin, She told me we could sell for $120,000 and it actually sold for $90,000. 839 Forest Hills, she told me would sell for $590,000. It's been on the market for over 6 months. She now has it priced at $535,000 and wants me to drop it to 517,000. We had 1 offer at $504,000 and she e-mailed it to me but did not notify me by phone call or text. She knew I was traveling across country so the offer just sat in my e-mail box without a response from me and we missed the opportunity to respond. They buyers went on and bought another home. She did not tell me about the offer because after all of the issues selling my homes at well below her promised values and with much longer days on market than promised, (or of like homes in the neighborhood), I asked her to release the home so that I could try different marketing. She refused, her broker Dean Brown refused and now they are just letting it sit on the market. As a result of me asking her to release the listing, (after I bought 5 houses from her and sold 3 with her), she told me that she would no longer communicate with me except via e-mail. No text, no phone calls, no discussions about marketing or buyer feedback, (except what happens automatically via the MLS). The communication was never satisfactory though. Now the house is in on the MLS but no other marketing is going on. She will not do an open house. She has never taken a buyer to any of my properties. She is totally dependent on other agents to sell her properties. I own a house on the west side of town, just off Charlotte RD as well. She was talking selling the house at $290K to 310K. We are now in the $250's after 9 months on the market with no buyer interest at all. I have tried to talk to her broker, Dean Brown about this but he is unavailable, always. He has refused to release the listing also. After months of not being able to sell the home, I asked them to take it off the market as I am no longer going to sell it. The also refuse to do that. They are continuing to list it, (but as I said, no marketing is going on) but that prevents me from doing anything with it. If you are looking for a Realtor with little to no local market knowledge, who wont return phone calls, is ALWAYS late for appointments, is full of excuses, will not communicate with you and couldn't sell water in the desert, then Jacquelyn Gore of Brown and Brown is your Realtor. She has full support from her broker Dean Brown and I have an e-mail from him stating that she is giving me, "The same Stellar Service all of there clients get". I am positive that you will receive the same service too. GOOD LUCK, if you decide to do business with them.

Bought a Single Family home in 2013 in Spring Hill, TN.

Jacquelyn works EXTREMELY hard for her clients, and worked hard for us, especially with the other agent, who was less than communicative. Jacquelyn took the bull by the horns and worked as a liasion between the buyer, our inspector and us and did an outstanding job! Please consider having her work for you, if she isn't already!! Our house sold for FULL PRICE in only 6 days!

Bought a home in 2010 in Clovercroft, Franklin, TN 37067.

Without Jacquelyn's help, I would have been lost. The home that I bought had been foreclosed on, and she was very knowledgeable about dealing with Fannie Mae. She helped with the inspection and the condominium association requirements. She kept me informed about the process and was there at the closing. I will definitely trust my future real estate needs to Jacquelyn.
