Jalayne originally helped my husband find our rental house. Three years later, when we were ready to buy, we contacted Jalayne again. We thought it would be a short meeting to see if she could work with us, but Jalayne came to the appointment with a bunch of listings printed out. She went off some very basic information my husband provided when scheduling the appointment but was totally prepared with listings at different price points. She has great insights on what is of value in a home and what areas would need repair or remodelling. She is well versed in negotiations of a sale. She can handle any problems that come up with ease.
