Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $650K in West San Jose, San Jose, CA.
Jalayne originally helped my husband find our rental house. Three years later, when we were ready to buy, we contacted Jalayne again. We thought it would be a short meeting to see if she could work with us, but Jalayne came to the appointment with a bunch of listings printed out. She went off some very basic information my husband provided when scheduling the appointment but was totally prepared with listings at different price points. That afternoon she even took us to see some of those houses. We were super impressed. We looked at about 25 houses over the next 5 days and made an offer on one within the week. It was a pleasure working with Jalayne. She definitely had our best interests at heart and worked hard for us.

Jalayne is fantastic! She is well prepared with many homes to view. She is very informative about the area around the homes, schools, shopping and safety. She has great insights on what is of value in a home and what areas would need repair or remodelling. She is well versed in negotiations of a sale. She can handle any problems that come up with ease. She is very pleasant and personable. It is an overall wonderful experience working with her! I would highy recommend her!

I've worked with Jalayne twice, once finding a house to rent as part of a relocation and then again when buying a house. In both cases, she was excellent to work with, knew the areas we were dealing with and what the market looked like, and helped us find the house we needed at the price we could pay.

Jalayne is wonderful. I met her through family and had my doubts in case she didn't work out. I needn't have worried. Jalayne is very experienced and honest, but makes a strong effort to not color her client's opinions. When we met, she listened very intently to what my husband and I wanted in our first house and explained to us how the whole process works, even pointing out to us how to adjust how much we thought we could afford based on tax laws and witholdings. We were surprised to learn that we could afford more house than we thought, and the search began.
We viewed several houses and made only two offers before one was accepted. The house we chose had some surprises, and many would have walked away from it. Jalayne never told us what to do, only how to do what we wanted once we were decided. She handled all of the negotiations for us with the seller's agent, but never made a move without speaking with us first, and got us a wonderful deal on our house. She was with us every step of the way, was always available for questions, and never concealed or colored any information. She knew we were looking for a home and not just a house and helped us find and purchase just that.
My husband and I were very fortunate not to have to look for an agent, so I am hoping to pass on our good fortune to others by advising them to use Jalane in their search for a home.
