Summary:

We have worked with James on a number of properties. He is very knowledgable and extremely hard working. Finding a good real estate agent is difficult, finding a great agent is even harder. James is one of the best we have found.

Bought a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $175K in Salem, OR.

Summary:

My wife and I purchased our first home in December 2010 and we were very impressed with James throughout the entire process! It had taken longer than anticipated to close on our home and he was very responsive with informing us about the whole buying process, as well as keeping us up to date as to what was going on, not to mention, he was able to get us a great deal!

I would strongly recommend anyone looking to purchase a home to work with James because his levels of expertise and customer service are phenomenal! When the need arises for us to utilize a realtor in the future, James will definitely be our first choice!…More Less
