Sold a Single Family home in 2013 in Allen, TX.
I started working with James Hurt over 1 yr ago to find a house. He impressed me with an outstanding knowledge of the real estate market and was genuinely interested in my situation, showing me several options I had never even considered. Due to his extensive knowledge, understanding & listening to my needs, he saved me a lot of time in the house hunting process. When it came time for the offer he was extremely skilled in negoiating a great outcome. The last phase was obtaining a mortgage and again his skill, contacts and knowledge paid off in helping me get a loan.
The most important consideration for me is intregrity & honesty. This is where James Hurt demonstrated in action who he is. I felt James treated me like he would treat a close family member or friend. I feel that he was really looking out for me during the whole process, it wasn't about the commission, it was about helping me & my family. The real estate profession could use many more agents like James Hurt!!!!

James is a wonderful realtor and person. He is a hard worker, incredibly knowledgeable, honest, patient, tolerant, listens and genuinely cares about his clients. He has kept in contact with us even after closing and has helped us settle in to our new home, answering questions and guiding us through things that have nothing to do with buying the house. He has become a friend. He helped us get into the house of our dreams and for that I am eternally grateful.

James is a honest , knowledgable realtor who cares about his clients. He has been a great realtor. After going through both the buying and selling process with him, we now consider him a friend . I would highly recommend James.

Sold a Mobile / Manufactured home in 2012 in Pottsboro, TX.
James is the perfect realtor. He is the guy that has your best interest in mind at all times. He answered all of our questions and was very professional. James helped us market our property and we didnt have to do anything. He took care of the property and all the showings. He is an expert when it comes to all the legalities to selling a home/property. We would absolutely use James again and will recommend him to anyone who asks us about a realtor. We not only sold our property but also made a lifelong friend.

We had the pleasure of closing on our first home in April 2012 with the incredible help of James Hurt. Throughout the entire experience James used his knowledge and experience to make the process of finding our house easy and pain free despite the occasional hiccups along the way. He took the time to put together lists of homes tailored to our specifc tastes and had the patience to help us find the perfect home for us. His knowledge, honesty, and genuine expertise in the real estate field were invaluble and we couldn't have done it without him.

James made our home search and buying experience such a pleasant and smooth process. My husband and I were so pleased with his professionalism and knowledge. He was always honest and upfront and we never felt pressured or rushed to make a decision. He was very patient and it was obvious that he was more interested in our happiness and in finding us the "right" home than "just closing a deal". We highly recommend him to anyone and will use him again if we're ever in the market for real estate. Five stars across the board... he is a top notch guy!

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 in Murphy, TX.
Working with James on the purchase of our home was a great experience. We had put some severe restrictions on the area where he could find homes for us and he did a good job finding the style of home with amenities we had asked for. He gave us good advice on making offers and was encouraging when offers fell through. For the beautiful home we ended up buying, he had to work extra hard to get our offer accepted. He coordinated Bankers, Appraisers, Inspectors, and a cantankerous relocation company. Through it all James was extremely positive and supportive. He has even come to the house to help us after the sale! We won't need his services anytime soon because he found us the perfect home. I'm pretty sure if he could find our perfect home, he can find one for anyone. Thanks again James.

I have worked with many real estate agents over the years and James is only one of two that I would recommend. He listens to his clients and helps them to find what they are looking for.
I worked with James for several weeks in Spring of 2011 looking for a home. I found a home and the seller accepted my offer with my cheque. The seller then went and sold the house to another person the next day. I was very disappointed and fed up with real estate agents (not fed up with James but with the seller's agent) and gave up searching for a house until later Fall. James was very gracious and worked with me through the Fall until I found a home in early December 2011. I was able to purchase, close, have some work done on the house and move before the end of December thanks to James. James never pressured me and was helpful throughout the process.

Bought a home in 2011.
When we started looking for a new home it was important for us to have someone with experience representing us. He was recommended to us by not 1 or 2 but 3 people! James was the perfect man for the job!!!
We couldn't have been more pleased with our experience from start to finish. James always gave us 110% and had true passion when it came to getting us in the home of our dreams.
My husband and I are now the proud owners of a fabulous, beautiful home and I am certain we wouldn't be here if it weren't for James!

James took on the task of selling our home in an absolutely brutal market. He used just about every possible method and technique to advertise the home, looking at all possible consumers and situations. James was up front with us, gave good and timely advice throughout the process, and never gave up until the home was successfully sold.
