How do we know if the home will appraise when the comps in the neighborhood are well below the asking price of the subject property.
I have clients that have been looking all summer for the right home between 280-325K they sold their house and need to buy
This home is in Amherst Central School District but it looks like it is no longer on the Market it sold for 161K just before the April 30th incentive date
